Same Sex Wedding Seattle Courthouse & Arboretum

Fatima and Ashley’s wedding was sweet, intimate and a joy to be part of. Together with immediate family and a couple of close friends Fatima and Ashley shared their wedding vows in the Seattle Courthouse on a wonderfully gorgeous PNW day.

The nervous glances between the two of them and the gentle squeezes of each others hands during the ceremony and big smiles as they were pronounced married really warmed my heart. These two are so perfect for each other and I am humbled that I get to witness such special bonds like this.

After some family photos outside the Courthouse the two ecstatic brides and I headed to Seattle Arboretum for some special portraits of the two of them. Spring is such a lovely time to be at the Arboretum and we actually lucked out with a sunny day. Anyone that lives up here knows how rare that has been this year (oh. my. goodness!!)

After portraits Fatima and Ashley joined their family for dinner and drinks in Seattle and I drove home with a big smile on face so thankful that my job brings such wonderful people into my life.

Now I am looking forward to their reception at the beginning of next year, I have a feeling it’s going to be a lot of fun! Congratulations Fatima & Ashley <3
