I spent a lovely evening with this really cute couple at Mukilteo beach last week. These two are so laid back and easy going and don’t take themselves too seriously 🙂   Jessica & Sean are getting married at Jessica’s parents home in Snohomish next year and I am excited that I get to be there to photograph it for them.

I loved their choice of Mukilteo beach and lighthouse for their engagement photos. Even though the beach was super crowded we made it work and I love the pictures we made together. Here are a selection of them…

I asked Jessica and Sean a few questions to help us get to know them better and this is what they said about each other…

Tell me something about when you first met?

Jessica: I knew I had a major crush when he and his sister sang a no-holds-barred duet of Moulin Rouge’s Elephant Love Medley in the car. I was in the backseat and loving every minute!

Sean: She was just my sister’s college roommate and I was just the weird older brother. What I can say is that when my sister set us up on a date years later, I remember thinking, “huh, so this awesome girl was here the whole time?”

What’s your favorite thing about each other?

Jessica: He makes me happy. When I’m having a bad moment or feeling in a funk, he always is able to pull me out of it with a laugh. When I was recovering from a surgery he was there every minute to keep me calm and to keep my spirits up.

Sean: She loves me for who I am, not who she wants me to be, and I feel the same about her. We both get to be ourselves with each other.

Give me three words to describe fiancé(e)??

Jessica: He is funny, nerdy (in an adorable way) and caring

Sean: She is loving, Supportive and  Adorable

What are you most excited about for the future together?

Jessica: I think he is going to be an amazing dad. I am so ready to start a family with him.

Sean: Continuing our journey together, facing what comes as a unit, knowing I always have a teammate at my side.
