- Getting ready on-site starts as early as 10 am. Separate areas are available for each spouse and are far enough apart that you won't see each other by accident.
- Gray Bridge staff help with guest parking, waste management and assisting as needed.
- Your entrance to the ceremony can be across the pond, through the woods, or down the aisle - all of which are stunning! (My favorite is around the pond - it's an absolute show-stopper)
- There are many outdoor games for your guests to enjoy (all included with the venue) such as chess and corn hole.
- The fire pit with s'mores bar is always a big hit with the guests and the venue provides all the trimmings for the s'mores.
- Requirements: Wedding planner or day of coordinator and a full service catering company. Also, preferred bartenders and DJs are required by Gray Bridge to make sure your wedding plans go smoothly.
- The elegant ceremony setup includes tiered benches overlooking the arbor and pond which gives plenty of space for your guests to see every moment of your wedding. This also allows for your photographer to capture your wedding from many points of view, which I really like.
- The gardens and woods provide amazing opportunities for your portraits and family photos. The variety of backdrops, really does make it so easy to provide each couple with unique pictures.
- The cedar trail around the pond and through the woods to the ceremony area creates the most stunning backdrop for your processional as you make your big entrance into the ceremony.
- The venue design is very well thought out and the intentional design makes the day flow seamlessly, and my job much much easier :)
- 'Scampers the Cat' and his colorful wedding bowties are always a highlight for me and the cat loving guests.

Outdoor Reception + Dance Floor
Enjoy cocktail hour on the open air patio, toast s'mores over the fire, play chess or corn hole, and party under a covered dance floor all night.
