Take a peek at Carrie and Tylor’s sunny spring wedding at the beautiful JM Cellars winery in Woodinville, WA. From the very beginning of the planning stage, Carrie and Tylor were so fun to work with. Laid back doesn’t even come close to describing these two, and it’s one of the things I appreciate about them as a couple! Planning a wedding anytime can be stressful, but the past few years there were plenty of extra twists and turns (to put it mildly), and throughout it all Carrie and Tylor kept focused on exactly what was most important to them – marrying each other!

A couple of my own personal highlights from their wedding day:

  • At the first look when Tylor saw his beautiful bride, he was completely overwhelmed with emotion. It is such an honor for me to be present and witness these very intimate moments between people and something that I will never take for granted.
  • The florals were stunning. So cheerful and spring like. Colorful flowers always make me happy, and they go perfectly with spring sunshine. Oh, it felt so good to be outside with great people photographing weddings again.
  • The creativity of the wedding. A wine and cheese pairing lead by John, the owner of JM Cellars was a wonderful cocktail hour activity. Unfortunately I didn’t try the wines (I don’t drink and work – never a good idea) but heard from guests that they were amazing. Other little touches like the dollar jar for people who mentioned the C-word added a little extra fun (and funds). (The C Word was Covid in case you were wondering)
  • The neon name sign above the sweetheart table was a fun addition to the reception space, which added a personal touch, contrasting with the wine barrels and edgy lighting.
  • Great people, great food, great day!!

Carrie and Tylor you two have such a special connection and it has been a real honor to witness and document this part of your love story. I love your vulnerability and the care and love you show to all those around you. I hope you enjoy your wedding photographs for many many years to come.

Special thanks to BreeAnn at Pink Blossom Events for planning such a lovely and creative event and to everyone involved. Here’s the list of the all-star wedding team that contributed to Tylor and Carrie’s wedding day:
